Shipping
- Orders are typically shipped within one business day, although it may take up to two business days in some cases.
- Tracking numbers will be e-mailed to you once your order ships.
Shipping Fees
- Orders greater than $150 ship for free to the 48 states of the continental U.S. Orders less than $150 will have a $11.95 flat rate applied.
- All orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada will have a $19.95 flat rate applied.
Shipping Method
- Orders shipped to the United States will ship via UPS.
- Orders shipped to Canada will ship via Canada Post.
Returns
- Returns will be accepted provided the product is in brand new, unopened condition.
- Please contact us to obtain your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) # before returning. Packages received without an RMA# will not be refunded.
- Items are eligible for return for up to 60 days after the purchase date.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
